REUNION REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Colorado Springs and Other Colorado Troopers Especially Take Note

All 11^thACVVC Troopers who plan to attend Reunion XX in Colorado Springs 4-7 August 2005 must register to attend events.  The Seminar on Friday, the Memorial Service and the Business Meeting on Saturday are the only events open to members without registration.  All other events require the official Reunion Nametag which is obtained through registration.  Registration forms may be downloaded on the Reunion Web Site page or on the home page. 

Any Troopers from Colorado Springs or elsewhere in Colorado planning to attend all or just select events such as the Banquet on Saturday or the “Bunker Party” on Friday must register.  We need registration data as soon as possible to order food and to plan the setup of the ball room for the Banquet.

PLEASE REGISTER NOW!!!!  TOMORROW MAY BE TOO LATE!

There are still a few hotel rooms available in the Comfort Inn near the Sheraton which is the official Reunion Hotel.  The Sheraton has been sold out for more that a month.  If you have a reservation at the Sheraton and have to cancel, please call or e-mail the Reunion Chairmen at (719) 487-0291 and we will use the room.  If you simply call the Hotel to cancel, the room will go on sale to the general public for $180 per night!!  We can use a cancelled room at the original rate if we can get your confirmation number.  The Comfort Inn will honor the reduced rate through this Friday, 22 July.  After that date, the rate goes to market at more than $100 per night.
