Dear Mr. Karabinos:
On September 7th, you spoke at my brother's (Michael Healey) Memorial Service in Williamsburg, Virginia.
I wanted to tell you how much it meant to have you there and to have you speak on behalf of Michael and the 11th Armored Cavalry.
I know it would have meant the world to him too.
Your words were very comforting and moving. Even though I well know that Mike was a hero in Viet Nam, you made this very clear for others in the chapel who may not have known.
You added so much to the service, and I can't thank you enough.
I think it's wonderful that members of 11th Armored Cavalry support their own in this way, as well as in so many other ways.
I'll always remember your words and will always be grateful for your presence at Mike's service.
Thank you again.
Sincerely,
Sharon Healey Bartholomew
