Dave Tessier, R.I.P.
I read that my respected friend Dave Tessier has died.
The Blackhorse never had a better friend and supporter than Dave.
The beautiful Blackhorse Memorial at the Shrine of Remembrance in Colorado Springs exists in large part because of the work of Dave, and Costos Rambocos.
Dave was Reunion Chairman at Colorado Springs in '93, and my wife and I had the priviledge of visiting him and Sandy.
Dave was a career NCO, and we always got a laugh out his reassignment to Alaska, following his tour with H Company.
You could not find a better man, anywhere. Throughout his struggle with cancer, his optimism and character always shone brightly.
Rest in Heavenly Peace, my brother.
Len McFarling from Lebanon, Indiana

Served in Vietnam & Cambodia from 1969 to 1970

I'm so sorry he's gone.

He will be sorely missed.

But our homeland is in heaven, where our Savior the Lord Jesus Christ is; and we are looking forward to his return from there.
When He comes back he will take these dying bodies of ours and change them into glorious bodies like His own, using the same mighty power that He will use to conquer all else everywhere.

I would like to also offer up my condolences to the Tessier family.
I did not know Dave but knowing that he too served his country with honor and pride makes us brothers in our journey.
I served in Vietnam and in the 11th A.C.R. attached with the 541st MID unit from 1970 to 1971.
I respectfully honor Dave, his service and his family.
I am sorry that I will not be able to attend the service this Friday due to a commitment but my heart and prayers are with the family.
May God Bless all of you.

Dave is a one of a kind person and I'm saddened by his passing.
He and wife Sandy are my friends.
If I can do anything to ease the pain and sorrow of his loss, I hope Sandy and family will contact me.
