Below is the link for the room rate at the Rio for the ball. You must have a ticket number from us to book the room. All guests reservations at the group rate are valid until Sunday, March 22, 2020.  After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. To expedite the process, as soon as I receive payment from any ACVVC members, I will reach out to them and get them their ticket numbers so they can use the group rate.
